**Order Processing**  


Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 5 business days during major sales and promotions.


Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes product changes, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.


Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders: Lola Tresses is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your stylist/salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any hair appointments. Lola Tresses is also not responsible for installing the products purchased on our website and stores. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35.


**Honoring Sale Prices & Discounts**


Discount codes and sale events/prices cannot be applied to past or future purchases. Thank you for your understanding.


**Return Policy**


Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way (Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it). We suggest that all returns be sent to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature for your protection. We are not responsible for lost items in transit; all sales are final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. A store credit would be issued once received and determined to be in resalable form. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or gift card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35.


**NOTE:** DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS ( LACE CLOSURES), THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REPLACED.


**Payment Terms**


Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order online. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.


Lola Tresses reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after order submission. Medium to high fraud orders will be automatically canceled.


Orders placed online may not be picked up in stores.


All international orders must be paid using the PayPal checkout option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.

**Shipping Policy**


All orders within the US are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Overnight option to a PO BOX takes up to 2 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday). Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.


International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. International shipping costs on this website do not cover tariff charges by your home country. Please consider this before submitting an order on this site. Lola Tresses reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.


**Protect Your Investment**


We take great pride in our product, which is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing the brand's recommended hair care regimen. However, if you feel you've received an unusual product, we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (lolaadmin@lolatresses.net) within seven calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids the compensation opportunity if it applies. If Lola Tresses verifies and agrees that the product may be dissatisfactory, Lola Tresses will offer a fair resolution.


If Lola Tresses does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without replacing the product. **NOTE:** DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REPLACED.


**Return to Sender Shipments**


All products sold on this website ship with a signature; someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package to our facilities at an additional cost. Return-to-sender packages may incur a flat restocking fee of $35. Once your return is received, we will process it and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience.

Lola Tresses does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products unavailable after purchase. Lola Tresses will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Lola Tresses is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Lola Tresses LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
